Berry Patch Fire

Jackson Hole Fire/EMS responded to a structure fire on Berry Patch Drive in the Aspens Subdivision.  A 6 condo unit appeared to have a fire start in an upstairs unit on the north end of the building.  Considerable fire, as well as smoke and water damage was sustained.  The fire that was called in at 8:25 pm continued to burn throughout the night and still had some smoldering areas at noon the following day.  Over 50 fire, EMS, and law enforcement personnel responded and took shifts to control the fire through the night.  EMS provided rehab and fire support through the night.
Fire Rehab is an important component of the fire scene.  This is where EMS can play a substantial role on a fire if they are not involved directly in the fire suppression.
